Is there a set-up fee?

No. We don't charge set-up fees and have no hidden fees of any kind. We provide a complimentary onboarding call for your free trial to help you invite your team and train them on the platform.

Do my drivers need a smartphone?

Yes. We support both iOS and Android smartphones. You also need a data plan for the smartphone; the smallest data plan will work just fine.

Can I share shuttles across multiple locations?

Yes. Our platform gives you the power to use less shuttles across multiple locations to prevent idle shuttles or supplement higher volume.

How are routes optimized?

When a driver has multiple trips to do, our routing engine optimizes the trips to get as many trips done as fast as possible.

My drivers are not tech-savvy, will this be a problem?

Not at all! We made the driver app easy to use so that people with any amount of smartphone experience can jump right in.

How does payment work?

You will be billed a flat monthly or yearly subscription fee. We accept all major credit cards. You can cancel at anytime.

What is the on-boarding process like?

We book a free 30-minute set-up call and onboard you and your team. Once onboarded, you can contact support anytime through the live chat or call our support line.

We don't do that much volume, do we really need this?

We believe that every trip is an opportunity to give your clients a great customer experience so that they keep coming back.

What if I need more vehicles than what's included in my plan?

No problem. Additional vehicles beyond your plan's limit are billed at $60 per vehicle per month. You only pay for what you use.

What if I need more stores than what's included in my plan?

You can add more stores at any time. Additional store locations beyond your plan's limit are billed at $100 per store per month.
